In practice: Rich Prize is a foreign operator without a Belgian licence. That is why, this is mainly interesting if you already know the brand.

What Rich Prize offers

Rich Prize does not have to respect the Belgian assortment framework: thousands of slots, live dealers and newer formats. The price is losing EPIS, oversight and the weekly limit.

Dice games replace the classic slot here: Dice Spinner, Tales of Sand, Mega Spinner, that makes the catalogue hard to compare with a foreign site.

The legal side

Rich Prize holds no licence from the Gaming Commission. Richprize belongs to the 900-odd addresses on the black list.

No Belgian licence means no EPIS link and no statutory weekly limit. Without a statutory limit, your own cap is the only safety net.

What the law imposes

The Belgian framework around player protection is considerably more strictly than a few years ago and you feel it on the first deposit. Each site automatically applies a €200 weekly ceiling.

Exclusion runs centrally through the EPIS register: the exclusion applies instantly across the whole licensed landscape. Reversing it is not immediate. For casino, gaming hall and betting the bar has been 21 since September 2024; for the National Lottery 18 remained the rule. The check is automatic.

The payment story in Belgium is quickly told: you deposit with Bancontact or Bancontact Pay, and winnings return through the bank. Bancontact Pay is the name the Payconiq app has carried since March 2026.

Bancontact Pay limits to €1500 per operation and €2500 per 24 hours. A deposit shows up immediately; a withdrawal normally takes one to three banking days, and the operator adds its own check on top.

What is asked at registration

Signing up looks roughly the same on every site: identity details that match, and a check on them. Expect an ID document plus proof of address. A deposit in someone else's name reliably blocks your payout.

Support quality varies, and any conflict is settled on the operator's terms. Archive what you receive about deposits and withdrawals; without those documents a complaint leaves you empty-handed.

Frequently asked questions

Not legal in the Belgian sense: Rich Prize operates without a Gaming Commission licence. Do not take the site's own word for it. Status can change; re-check the list if in doubt.

Check which games count: slots often 100%, table games sometimes 10% or nothing at all. The terms usually sit at the bottom of the bonus page. Declining a bonus is always allowed.

Through the Gaming Commission's EPIS system. One registration excludes you from every licensed operator, online and on-site. Physical venues will refuse you afterwards too. Registration runs through the Gaming Commission.

€200 per week per site by default. Lowering it is immediate; raising it needs a check and a delay. At unlicensed sites that protection does not exist. A lower limit is active immediately.
